AERIGRID / POLICIES

Privacy, with purpose.

Effective November 1, 2026. These operating disclosures should be reviewed before a wider public launch.

What we collect

Academy accounts store a display name, locally registered email and account identifier, enrollment acceptance, lesson drafts, assessment submissions and reviewer feedback. Inquiry forms store the contact information and message you submit.

How information is used

Information supports the learning service, authorized reflection review, inquiries and account administration. Student work and grades are private; we do not provide public rankings, messaging, advertising or behavioral tracking.

Eligibility

Self-enrollment is restricted to learners who confirm they are 13 or older and eligible under applicable account and local requirements. A verified parental-consent workflow for children under 13 is not available.

Local account storage

This installation stores account records, password hashes and random session-token hashes in a SQLite database on its own server. Passwords are hashed with scrypt; plaintext passwords are not stored. Recovery links are generated by an administrator and do not require an external identity provider.

Retention and deletion

Academic records are retained while an account is active. Deletion requests are reviewed by an administrator; approved deletion removes profile data, attempts, grades and notifications. Inquiry retention and operational backup retention must be configured before a public launch.

Your choices

Update your display name in your profile. Request account deletion there or submit a privacy inquiry using the contact form. Operational policy and jurisdiction-specific review are required before a public youth-service launch. No legal certification is asserted.
